Annual Meeting Notice
August 17, 2009
The Tennessee River Valley Association will hold its 43rd Annual Meeting on October 19-20, 2009 at the Clarion Inn & Suites Hotel in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
The Tennessee River Valley Association was formed in 1967 to encourage regional cooperation and legislation that is economically beneficial to the Tennessee and Cumberland River Valleys. Through support of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers operations & maintenance and construction budgets, we strive to insure the continued development, improvement and modernization of these valuable waterway transportation infrastructure assets that provide tremendous economic benefits throughout our entire region.
The purpose of our Annual Meeting is to bring together key personnel from related government agencies and industries in a cooperative, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to share information and discuss topics of concern to the Tennessee and Cumberland Valleys.
As details continue to develop, beginning in early October, the new TRVA-TCWC website will be available to provide you with additional information regarding the TRVA Annual Meeting. Updated information related to agenda, invited/confirmed speaker presentations, accommodations and a downloadable registration form will be made available at www.trva-tcwc.org for your convenience. You may also contact our office directly at any time with questions or for additional information.
